Ive both originals of meditation/warpdrive…I too obsessed with the original since fabio played them at quest(quest park)bought the remix from lemington spa from dj fallouts d’n’b counter at the time of release and tracked down the original-they are the final word on dnb from the time-neil trix n FBD where the only releases on par-mybee omni trio’s output and the sweet sensations remix!!!

I guess thats what he was going for, more just a little rhythm to propell it forward but light enough to keep it floating on that beautiful vibe. Its a masterpiece of the genre.

In reply to lala. I know what you mean lala, the drums do sound a little tame but after that synth onslaught I sort of like the subtleness of the drums. Amazing tune either way.

serious tune, if you really get lost in the barbaric opening salvo when it finally hits warp 9 its something to behold.

If I have one gripe with the tune its that the drums dont seem loud enough when they come back in over the breakdown, I always want them to really smack home when they come in but they remain elusive. The bass makes up for it mind you.
