as a jungle lover, getting together with my girlfriend with slightly different tastes when it comes to electronic music, we’ve come from not always understanding each others’ music to appreciating and ultimately loving it.
I know Tom & Jerry and a lot of early Reinforced stuff were amongst the first productions to have her understanding my love for the music, to the point where she’s better informed on track titles and on how most tunes actually sound.
in the years of buying records, I only managed to put my hands on three shell plates, all of the later releases, so this mix is VERY welcome right about now
