A much remixed tune, the DJ Hype version was always popular too, with his trademark octave-bouncing basslines and pitched down drums that he pulled off to awesome effect at the time.

Although I’m assuming that most people know this the reggae sample is from what must be one of the most sampled tunes in jungle history, Cutty Ranks – Limb by Limb. As a side note, the SS mix of this tune released on Suburban Base was actually a remix of the Marvellous Cain track but had to be released with Cutty Ranks’ name on it for sample purposes after Greensleeves (or whoever owned the tune) got in touch.
